| By entering Mark Construction's Plan Room, you understand that We maintain this Web site (the "Site") as a service to our subcontractors. By using our Site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not review information from this Site.
By registering and/or downloading you understand that Mark Construction Company is not responsible for any additional information that is not included explecitly within the bid documents. These documents may not be subsequently published or used for any other purpose than preparation of a bid. Additionally, It is your obligation to review the entire project (this includes all plans and specifications). This includes Division 0 and 1 Specifications.
If you need to order a CD of a specific job's specification and/or plans, or if you need to have reprints, the following applicable charges will apply unless other arrangements have been made: A CD of full plans and specifications is $8.00; Specs 0.10 per sheet; $0.50 per sheet for 11x17; Plans $1.25 per sheet for all 36x24; and $1.85 per sheet for all 30x42.
